From AllAfrica.com:
In his pre-handover media chat at the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), former President Olusegun Obasanjo said one of the projects that would occupy his mind in retirement was the handling of his library project.
Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) ranks among the most controversial projects executed under the second term of the former president, the others being the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), recapitalization in the banking sector, the failed constitutional amendment at the National Assembly and repayment of Nigeria’s foreign debts.
